Liquid Feeding

- Windows-based, easy-to-use computer system.
- With remote software, feeding can be controlled from afar. Remote connection often makes it easy to solve feeding issues without having to visit the site.
- Basic feeding / residue-free feeding

TEWE Elektronic Airfeed II – liquid and dry feeding as needed
Advantages of the Airfeed II system controlled by the TEWESTAR computer:

We deliver and install the ventilation system for a pig farm as a turnkey package. From our online store and store, you can also purchase individual devices and, for example, spare parts.
Multifan ventilation systems
Multifan is among the world's most well-known manufacturers of air conditioning systems. Multifan's air conditioning devices are of very high quality, durable, and suitable for almost all types of ventilation and nearly all animal housing applications. We also offer Ziehl Abegg fans.
Multifan flange or duct fan (IP55, insulation class F)
- Die-cast aluminum shell, flange made of high-quality plastic, the back cover made of flame-resistant plastic and the fan in the flange fan made of nylon fiberglass polypropylene. Powder-coated protective shell.
- Parts and grease-filled ball bearings can withstand heat up to 155 degrees.

Hotraco Agri controllers
- For simple climate control, can also be used for heating control.
- Opportunity for seven different controls. Heating output can also be used for cooling.
- The controller can be connected as a slave to ORION-V, thus allowing ventilation curves to operate.
- Climate computer for individual sections requiring more precise control. Regulation can be continuous or stepwise. Measurement of air volume and constant low-pressure control possible.
- Possible to connect two different heat sources for heating control.
- With a humidity sensor, it's possible to control air cooling based on humidity.
- Sirius-V has both a timer and counter function, which can be used to control and measure water consumption.
- Using curves allows temperature control based on the age of the animals. Negative pressure and heating curves are also possible.
- Through the CAN-bus, several SIRIUS and ORION computers can be connected to a PC connection.
- With the PC connection and the Rainbow+ management program, climate conditions can be changed centrally from a computer with clear images as assistance. The computer screen displays the control and alarm status of all sections.

Delta heating system
The easily installed Delta heating system is an effective radiant heater for animal facilities. The system has good thermal conductivity, does not cause extra airflow, and thus does not increase dust movement. Its pipes are used to heat the incoming air. Pipes are chosen based on the makeup air hatches, building characteristics, or location. Delta pipes are available in lengths from 1 to 6 meters, at one-meter intervals. Other fasteners and installation materials are supplied separately.
High-pressure cooling
With Möller's effective high-pressure cooling system, you can ensure the well-being of animals during the hottest seasons. In the high-pressure cooling system, misted water particles are added to the pig farm air, and with its help, the temperature can be reduced by 2-10 degrees.

Fire alarm system
Designing fire safety for an animal facility and its possible ancillary buildings requires expertise and sets specific requirements for fire and alarm systems, as the devices must withstand, for example, moisture, dust, and dirt. We design, install, commission, and maintain fire alarm systems for pig farms.
Alarm transmission device
We sell and install the Zeus4-VD alarm transmission device. It is designed for the transmission of technical alarms and burglary and fire alarms, but also, for example, for controlling heating and other controls.
The device is equipped with four alarm inputs and four remotely controlled outputs. In the event of an alarm, the device sends a channel-specific voice message call and/or text message to up to ten selected numbers.

For the transfer of grain and feed, the FLEX-AUGER® system is simple and of high quality. The tube is made from a special blend of PVC, so it's ultraviolet light and wear-resistant.
